
Summer Camp
Northern Westchester’s most popular and affordable summer theatre camp for ages 5 – 13. Campers dive into fun, immersive workshops in acting, movement, singing, and creative games, building confidence and stage skills along the way. Each week culminates in a performance that lets every camper shine!

What is included
A variety of engaging workshops including Improv, Dance, Staging, Crafts, Rehearsal Time, and Counselor Time.
Theatre games that build performance skills and confidence.
Traditional camp activities for fun, teamwork, and social connection.
An end-of-week performance where campers take center stage, showcasing everything they worked on and learned.
A safe, nurturing environment with dedicated staff supervision from drop-off to pick-up.
CPR and First Aid-certified staff on site.
Each camper receives a Yorktown Stage T-Shirt.

Hip Hop and Moana
A musical performance will be presented at 2:00 PM on the last day of the camp week, immediately followed by pick up. Audiences are welcome to attend.

Confirmation of Enrollment
You will receive an email confirmation of enrollment once you complete the registration process. This email confirmation will contain important information. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder. If not received, contact gabbyysofficemanager@gmail.com
Refund Policy
The Cancellation policy for Yorktown Stage is:
Cancel before April 1: 75% refund
Cancel before May 1: 50% refund
Cancel before June 1: 25% refund
Starting June 1: No refunds; payment due immediately
Updating Camp Information
To ensure your camper's 2026 Camp Information is the most up to date, you may update details in your Studio Pro Parent Portal at any time by following these steps:
Log in to your Studio Pro Parent Portal: https://app.gostudiopro.com/online/yorktownstage
In the sidebar, click "Students"
Select the profile of the student you wish to edit by clicking their name
Fill in or update information for your camper (e.g. preferred group placement, additional contact info, school district, grade, etc.)
Be sure to save any changes!
Health Information
A Health Form and Vaccination History must be received before the first day of camp. Please scan or take a photo of your camper's latest medical and send it to gabbyysofficemanager@gmail.com
Doctors' forms are acceptable if Vaccination History is included
No need to mail medical forms if they've been emailed
You may also enter basic Health Information (e.g. allergies, medications) in the Studio Pro Parent Portal
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Camper Drop-Off is between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Camp begins promptly at 9:30 AM. Camper Pick-Up is between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM.
Extended Hours
We offer Extended Care for campers before and after camp hours at $8.00/hour
Available daily from 8:00–9:00 AM and 3:30–6:00 PM
No After Care on the last day of each camp week
No reservation necessary
Campers remaining after 6:00 PM will be charged an additional $25.00
Your card on file will be charged at week's end for Extended Care
Extended Care includes fun activities such as dancing, games, crafts, and downtime
