As the Artistic Director of the theatre August has been an integral part in the founding and development of several new programs here at the theatre. He has directed over fifty productions, more than twenty here, throughout the tri-state area in the last decade. Favorites include Spamalot, Gypsy, Shrek and All Shook Up. August has worked alongside and directed some of the best local, youth and award winning Broadway talent to bring the magic of theatre to Westchester County. Westchester Broadway Theatre, the Mac-Haydn Theatre and the Cohoes Music Hall. He toured internationally on the AMA: America in Concert production and made his Off Broadway debut in The Gayest Christmas Pageant Ever.
